Employment Inclusion Program – Labor

Formation and training for employment

This program aims to create employment solutions for vulnerable people through their participation in training processes. It creates the possibility of restarting employment processes and inserts individuals into the local environment as productive members of society.

This program includes urban agricultural projects focused on hydroponics, which allow vulnerable populations to improve their nutritional security. It results in the improvement of the availability and access to quality food items, as well as promoting healthy eating habits that lead to the commercialization of these food products.

In the framework of an agreement with a local entity, the program provides employment training services to parents of children involved in the Foundation in the areas of arts and handicrafts, fashion and beauty.
